Was told by Verizon over the phone a month ago that I would have my rebate by June 10th, still have not received it. Talked to the rebate center again today and was told 30 more days? What will I be told in 30 days? What a joke

You are not alone. My 45 days are up, the extra 15 days for "upper manager review"(LOL), are up and now I'm told maybe another week.
None of that is amusing. What is amusing is that in this day and technological age Verizon expects us to believe it really takes this long, and that it's not possible to be transparent in the process.

I'm now at 13 weeks since I got the supposed BOGO deal and was just told today for the third time that my submission was being escalated to upper management and should be fixed within 15 days.
This has been nothing but a pain and a fight just to get a simple rebate offer.
