hi! i work at McCarthy Milpitas area. for the last month, i can't use my data from my phone at all . no reception, no internet access. Did anyone have similar issue? we just joined the unlimitted data access program. I wonder if that has anything to do with this.
Thanks
Jess

Let's get to the bottom of this and ensure you can use your data with ease. Are any other services impacted such as voice calls or text messages? What's the specific zip code having issues? Are others impacted as well?

Hi
Thanks for getting back. The zipcode is 95035. The services impact are voice calls, text message, internet access. Basically the phone is disable. This did not happen before. This just happens in about a month.
Thanks and Best Regards
Jessica

We appreciate the additional details Jessicanguyen00. We want to be sure your services are all working the way they should. Does issue only occur indoors or do you have trouble outside as well? Do you know if other Verizon customers are experiencing the same issue at that location?

That’s a really important detail. Thanks for sharing, Jessicanguyen00. I was able to take a closer look at the 95035 area and see that there are a number of factors that will contribute to lower to no service inside a building. We do have customers using Network Extenders to bring cellular services inside buildings in the area, which may be a solution the owner of your company’s building may want to consider for the users in the building. I know you mentioned this began within the past month and the change in the foliage in the area during the spring and summer months is generally a huge contributor to a change in signal along with more users flocking to your area. You can find more about the service in your area, along with a few possible options to help with the service, at https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/signal-concern-resolution . I know I’ve provided a lot of information for your review. Do you have any questions on our findings?

An unexpected error has occurred
what is Network Extenders? Also what bothered me that It was working
fine for all these years. Suddenly this happens. And other carriers such
as tmobile, att work fine in this area.

I know how important it is to be able to use service at work, Jessicanguyen00. I'm sorry that link wasn't working for you, I have shortened the link for your convenience: http://vz.to/2suLGSp . A network extender is essentially a mini tower that will pull outdoor cellular service inside for you so Verizon users in your work building will have better service. It does work similarly to a cell tower so it will require a connection to a landline (cable/DSL) Internet router. A link to more information on the network extender can be found on the previous page or you can also follow this link as well: http://vz.to/2m74TeI . This accessory will certainly help improve the experience for Verizon users in your workplace.
