Verizon provides no signal,no workable phone, All customer service gives is the run around.So all I am going to give is no money. If they want money then they will have to provide signals strong enough for their phones to work and stop all the run around.
I think 90+ million customers would disagree, but ok. Then why are you posting on here, if you don't want their service, don't have it, rather simple.
Would you be so kind to offer a bit more info, such as:
Is this a new issue or has been going on since you started with VZW?
What is the device? Does the device work anywhere at all or only is bad in one area?
But yes, if you want help, not paying your bill is not going to fix is for you and will just cause you many more headaches, and lack of details will not allow any of us to offer ideas and suggestions.
