What options does a customer have when Verizon:

A. refuses to acknowledge phone line and DSL problems over at least a three year period of time?

B. cannot get Verizon to follow up on issues?

C. consistently refuses to approve bill credits for the consistently inconsistent phone and DSL service?

What Verizon service are you posting about?  This is the VerizonWireless Public Community Forum, nothing to do with land line phone lines and DSL.

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...
