W bill is more than most truck payments. I am beside my self how bad customer service is. We have been trying to get 2 new phones for the last 2 weeks. We have already paid over $400 and have excepted terms and conditions twice. First they said they didn't ship because term and conditions weren't accepted. So we did it again. Then it was flooding it Texas. Then oops the order was canceled. But you can pay the taxes again and we will get them right out to you. [Removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] . Another $400. Are you kidding me these people need to get it together. They can take money out of my account in 20 seconds but it is 7-10 day for them to refund it. I was worried about changing providers because of coverage in our area. But as of lately I have to dial the number I'm calling twice for it to go through or it just won't connect at all. So has anyone else seen verizon dropping the ball this bad. Or am I just super lucky. Is anyone else looking to switch from verizon

did you get refund for $400 on first order if yes it might be easy to go to store and pick new device depending on availability ,

No we haven't got the refund yet but did go to the store and picked up the phones.

why not why its taking time did you ask store for assistance on that issue ?
