Dear HR,
I still did not get my phone ? Why ? Verizon is chasing customers away , the people must know what they are in for when they do business with Verizon, this has been a nitemare.
Potential buyers be very careful on who you set up your phone service with.its up to you ,I did my part to tell you the truth.
