Why is there a $15 a month charge to use Good For Enterprise on Android but not on iOS?

I am getting charged $15 a month to use GFE and I have colleagues at my job who also use it and aren't charged the $15 a month. Only difference is they are using iphones. Anyone know why Android users get charged and iOS doesn't?

There may be a deal with Apple for its users to not be charged.
