Recently the Verizon Wireless service in our building has become absolutely awful. We have clients walking up to the windows and holding up their phones trying to get a decent signal. Calls drop all the time and our phones almost always say 1x. This was not the case when we first moved into the building a year ago. What gives? The address is 4600 E Washington, Phoenix, AZ 85034.

There can be many reasons. Other buildings can be obstructing your signal, electrical interference and radio interference would come to mind as some strong contenders.

mfaulkner12,
We definitely want to be sure that you are getting the best available service. Did anything new happen in the area around the time that your signal changed? Do you have the same issues outside of the building?

Outside the signal is better, however there is a new apartment complex/parking garage going up next door. Could someone check it out for us. It's really embarrassing when we have clients here.

Your company could purchase Cell Boosters or a Network Extender.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I am unsure why you needed to repeat this post. Have you requested from CS to have the area checked? This is not CS, but a public forum. Yes, Verizon can have someone sent out to check your area for signal, but that is not going to improve it, just inform you of the signal levels.
As pointed out earlier, what WOULD improve it would be to purchase some cell boosters or a network extender if you would like to improve the service in your offices.
