I have visual email. But am unable to access it as the message on my phone says date connection unavailable. Our other phone works just fine.
Don't you mean visual voicemail? Which phone model do you have? Do you have an active 4g or 3g data connection when this happens?

I want to make sure that you get all of your voicemails. I just have a few questions to ask to gather some additional information. What is the make and model of your device? Did you turn off your cellular data? Are you able to use any of your other applications (that need data to work: using our network with WIFI turned off?
