Hey I just got my iPhone 5c on July and for some reason I don't get any texts from verizon telling me how much I have left and on my moms last bill i went over it without knowing because I never got the text message. sone one please help thank you !
Did the account owner setup text message notifications in their MyVerizon account online to let you and the account owner how much data has been consumed? If you reset it on the billing cycle date, you can see how much you have used from the phone. Or you can download a data tracking app to the phone.
