Why does verizon's service seem to be getting worse by the day?

I am located in Southern California where within the past few months I have noticed the service has increasingly sucked. Daily I catch myself turning on the wifi, shutting it off, turning on, shutting off to try and get service any way possible. None of the apps I have such as, Instagram, Facebook, Timehop, etc will not load any content. I spend my entier breaks (outside) trying to connect to services. It doesnt seem anything is working, with or wihtout wifi. Also in addition to this happening I text my fiance and let him know I am having these issues and he too is experiencing the sameeeee thinggggg, and we are seperated by 40 miles at the time of the issue. I have also noticed this seems to be happening around the same time every day. In addition to this, since the last update my battery has not been lasting more than 3 hours! I am constantly having to charge my phone, which is an Iphone 6S, 8 months old. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this stuff is happening? It is really getting old!!

If an app isn't connecting on wifi, that isn't a Verizon issue. Second, Apple sent out updates to older iPhones that are related to performance and battery. You can contact Apple about getting the battery replaced.

The fiance isn't on an iPhone too, are they?

We understand how difficult it can be to have such problems with your phone. I would be frustrated as well. Let's get some details. Starting with the service issues. do you have any issues with calls or text? Do you notice this issue around the same time in all areas or the same areas? The battery issue could lead us to a device issue. Did anything change on the device recently?

It’s not just you. As soon as I got my new phone, it was awesome. Had service everywhere. About a week after my trial period for returning it, the service pretty much quit. Figred it was just my phone since my time was up but apparently it’s everyone. I’m paying right at 130-140 a month for one line unlimited data. For what reason I’m still here beats me
