Cellular Plus falsely represents itself as part of the Nationally Verizon Business in
Store Signage and Store Front, however, it is Not. I am from Phoenix AZ,
was in Loveland CO when my Verizon Phone quit. That is the first thing I
told Jamal B. I am from Phoenix, out of town, in the Fake "Verizon"
store on 04/15/18. I went back to Phoenix that afternoon. On
04/16/18, the New Samsung Galaxy S9 ($799.99 +), was not working
correctly. I took it to the Local Phoenix Verizon Store and they said
they could NOT help me, as Cellular Plus is not their company. I would
have to take it back to Loveland. I was falsely led to believe I was
dealing with "The Verizon", which I have for 15 years, not a FAKE
Verizon. They should be Forced to Display that Cellular Plus is NOT
"The Verizon" and you may have issues returning products and
warrantees. If I had known, I would have waited a day and
done business with the "Real Verizon" in Phoenix and been able to
return my phone anywhere in the country, when it did not perform. Do not
deal with this company, if you expect the Real Verizon to service your product
in another location
When's the last time you purchased an item at Costco and tried to return to a Walmart?
A tell tell sign of an indirect store are inflated prices.

Having premium retailers is nothing new for Verizon and people on these forums have been warning others about them for years. Unfortunately, those who don't know any better never check before shopping there.
