My wife and I have had a terrible time with Verizon and an on going billing issue. I find it very sad that this company has customer service stamped all over its website and on hold music however, when you want to speak with someone who might be interested in helping resolve your issue no one can be found. I think AT&T is probably better and will look into the service with the customer...
