I did NOT enable this. Suddenly a few days ago I got both a text message and a vtext.com email from another phone on my account. That person DID NOT enable vtext. I spoke to VZW and it was turned off. Last night I get two vtext.com emaiils from that account but no text messaging.
I spent an hour talking to VZW; a support person did some research and then said he turned it off again but my question is: why was it on in the first place. This time it was much worse: No text messages; just vtext.com emails.
What is this ridiculous, time-wasting feature? Why does it turn on by itself? Why are changes made to my account without my permission?
