I have a Samsung Note 3, my husband has a Samsung Flip phone. We live approximately 15 miles from the city of Indianapolis. We've had service at our home no problem until about 3 weeks ago. At 1st is was spotty, now we get no service at all at our home. What the heck is going on? If it was just one phone I would think it was the phone but it's both. My husband also has a work phone with AT&T and he has not problem with that one. We have a roommate with a verizon phone and she gets service. Anyone got a clue?

Hello AliceR, help is here front and center! What zip code are you located in? Does signal improve while outdoors? Please dial *228 and choose option 2 on the Samsung flip phone. On the Samsung Note 3, power down and remove the sim card for 40 seconds.
