I attempted to get my money back because they charged me twice due to being set up for automatic payments which I didn't recall setting up, but it seems they have these nice booby traps laid out all over the place on their phone directory to buy this/that. I finally get to customer service about four menus later. The guy tells me I'd have to "fill out a form" to wait three days for my money to be returned to my account, and he sounds negative about it causing me as a customer to not want to perform this action. How about instead of making you fill out a form, they actually do what they're supposed to do? Sounds like I just need to go through my bank to get this taken care of.

You are better off going through the bank.
Verizon did not tell you about the 10 days, then 30 days and then its now time to pay your bill again so you will not get it back.
Its the way they string you along sorry.
