I have verified with Verizon, my account is noted to stop charging me for International service, but Verizon didn't. Verizon has been charging me since then and won't give me credit for all the months' charges in question. I got the impression it was my fault for the Verizon mistake. Please credit my account. Verizon was chosen by me because of the quality, although not the cheapest. I'm very disappointed now in the service. Now, I'm being made to justify why I shouldn't have to pay for a Verizon billing mistake.
