XLTE was added to my tower in Kerrville TX in mid-November. I have been having slow data problems ever since, and have been getting the runaround from tech support for weeks. Galaxy s4.
Is this going to be fixed, for is it off to another carrier?
TomKlemesrud, we don't want to lose you to another carrier. It does concern me that you are experiencing slow data speeds. Let's look into to this. What troubleshooting steps have you already went through with our tech support? I want to make sure we don't repeat anything.
