Who can help with poor reception in 80516? Went from okay to very bad.

I have three phones on Verizon and a roommate that also has Verizon.  Over the last two-plus years I have lived in Erie Colorado we have lived with okay service, got bad driving through the neighborhood with choppy calls, rarely would we drop calls.  However, the service has always been pretty good at my house.  Just recently the service has gone to almost none existent.  What has happened?  I work from my house, have a business cell phone and this is not acceptable.  What is a possible solution, I don't really want to change service but may have to if I cannot get this resolved.  I am sure my $350 a month is nothing but its a lot to me and I need a solution.

if you have high speed internet either you can try WiFi calling or network extender .last resort be looking for another carrier

I have heard numerous complaints about Verizon Wireless service in Erie and after moving here recently I can confirm they are true.  From dropped calls even not in house to limited signal and never any data connection, it is very poor.  Would a signal booster help? With all the new residents around here and Verizon's commanding market share it would seem a no brainer to correct this situation.

Well everyone I know in this area has the same problem. I've reset phones move locations gone outside still get dropped phone calls and spotty service and data is nonexistent. I've ordered extender as this is almost useless. The tower is not that far and I don't think it's blocked.

That is strange because when I spoke with customer support that actually said there is an issue in the area and it had been for about two weeks.  Said multiple reports have been given and Verizon was working on it.
