Where is VZW support? I've sent messages by Messenger, FB & Twitter but no reply. I know they are getting my messages. But why do they reply to posts after my post & ignore me? This has been going on over a week, I'm very frustrated. If I hadn't just signed a new agreement I would have gone with ATT. I was with Sprint & at least they would reply, it was a lie but they replied. This is horrible service or lack of. If TMobile had better coverage I would switch. There is not excuse for them not to reply, this is not the first time I've been ignored by them. VZW will you respond to this?
VZW should reply regardless of the issue. Right? It's their job to support us customers. More than once I've stated my issue and did what they said to do. I reply that, then they don't reply. One rep that did reply said they reply to tweets in order received. I said you are behind a week? They never replied back. That was the last reply I got. That's support? I do as I'm ask to do then nothing happens. They said device maybe defective I said ok what's next. Nothing from them back.
You work 24 hours a day 7 days a week? Last I checked customer Care is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I have even called at 2 or 3 in the morning and got service.
The problem I have in calling is I was lied to by VZW. I upgraded 2 phones, was quoted a price on chat & in store. Once I upgraded VZW would not stand behind the quotes. I had it on paper and thru chat. I showed it to VZW, they said sorry a mistake was made, nothing can be done. So I don't trust calls, if they won't stand behind what their employees say & it's in writing how can I trust a call? They even refused my complaint on this with the BBB. That tells me they are not a trust worth business. When my agreement it up i'll switch.
I continue to see where they reply to posts from other customers after mine but they won't reply to mine. Explain this.

This agreement and the documents it incorporates form the entire agreement between us. You can't rely on any other documents, or on what's said by any Sales or Customer Service Representatives, and you have no other rights regarding Service or this agreement.
When a Verizon employee quotes a price Verizon should honor it. No questions asked. Their rep made a mistake, they agree, they should stand behind what their employees tell a customer especially when it's in writing. Verizon acknowledged what I was told in chat but would not stand behind it. That is horrible business. Once my agreement is up I will switch. They may be the biggest & best in coverage but stink in customer service.
