I ported 5 lines over from Sprint around Oct 23, 2015, and I was promised a $100/line credit or gift card to do so. I was told I would see this credit within 2-3 billing cycles. It has now been 4 months since I signed up. I want to know when I will see these credits. Verizon, you owe me $500. Please advise when I will receive it.
