I recently rented a phone to use in Ireland while on vacation. We were gone 10 days and for the first four days I was unable to get service. I'm assuming I'll still have to pay for the phone for the entire trip since phone calls to Verizon don't put me in touch with the right people and there doesn't seem to be a customer service web possibility. I wish I could just explain all this in an email.
