My zip code is 19958! Not 19968... HD Voice is enabled on my phone

Coverage may vary day to day due to a variety of reasons such as terrain, cell site changes, foliage, construction, population changes, and interference. In your 19958 area, you may have trouble making a phone call or using your service, especially when indoors. With HD Voice turned on, your calls are attempting to pass through the LTE network but based on what you described, I’d like you to try turning HD Calling off to see if the dropped calls while you’re around town improve. Since you mentioned you have Samsung devices, you can find the steps at https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/hd-voice-for-android-faqs/ in the “Turning HD Voice On/Off on Your Phone” section. Although I see you mentioned FiOS is not available in your neighborhood, do you have any other form of home-based high speed internet at your residence?

I m having coverage problems. I live in illinois and when I travel in several directions I end up n dead zones. 61501. When I go toward West I loose signal. When I go east I loose signal. When if I south I loose signal. We have a daughter who works in jacksonville and you can't even see when someone calls you until you get back into a Verizon area. With so many wanting to use phones as GPS it's almost impossible. We have friend who go to Ozarks in Missouri and have no signal the whole time there. Quincy il your out of luck too. Let alone the smaller towns. What's up Verizon. You used to cover these areas. My note 5 android you sold me is the last of my family to get signal too. It's time you cell phone people started working together and sharing towers. First to do so will get all the customers. -- fed
