The last couple times there has been an outage they seemed to have it fixed within 12 hours. Hopefully it's back up and running soon. Have you tried a 3rd party app? Or is your data out completely?
Fixed this AM. Chatted with agent. Turned off WiFi, Sent a text and a picture. Turned WiFi back on and all was OK. Not sure what Verizon did for my account to fix it.
