How long can it possibly take the Correspondence Team to take care of a billing issue?? I am so tired of getting a text from Verizon telling me my account is due.....they have screwed up my bill since June when I entered the Edge program....they over-billed, then finally had a protion of the bill fixed ($400 for Dad and Grad program).
I of course was fed up today and tried to email a copy of my letter to the Regional President, but of course, you fill out the email form and hit send...wouldn't you know it...it doesn't work!!!!!!
Does anyone have a number or email address for the Correspondence Team or anyone that can help move this issue along to resolution?
