Did your phone arrive? I placed an online order on 11/10/15 and the online system failed to 'hold' the shipping address through the confirmation step. That's what caused my FIRST phone call to support. In the past two weeks I've spent upwards of 5 hours on the phone or online chat, the last of which just ended by the rep named Monza saying she would transfer me to another rep because of "system issues". She ended the chat session, which was almost an hour long, and never transferred me. So, after all this, the order has not been fulfilled, the money that was taken from my credit card has been refunded, the order still shows up on my online account, and I haven't found one single person who can actually help.
