What legal rights do you have to your call data if you are not the account holder on the account?

I'm curious if anyone knows what legal rights someone else has to your call data if you are not the account holder on the account?

I believe the account holder can see the numbers you texted, date and time.  Same for phone calls.  

If you are not the account holder could they share that information because you are the not the account holder on the account?
