I was given false information in response to specific questions I asked "Jon" in a chat session. Not bad advice -- false information. I made a purchase, so this person got a commission on the sale, so it will be easy to determine who it was. I'm assuming that Verizon does not sanction its employees lying to customers for their own personal enrichment -- please let me know if I'm wrong on that. There has to be some accountability, so how do I get this individual's name or employee ID?
