I agree with you 100%, Verizon doesn't care about its customers. You should stop complaining about it and just take your money elsewhere. Your money talks volumes louder to Verizon than anything else. Just take your account to T-Mobile or something, they pay all your fees and just announced no more data overages. Verizon isn't even close to being competitive. All I want is an unlocked bootloader, yet Verizon just ignores us time and time again. So I'm just going to leave and spend my money at another carrier who LISTENS to its customers.
