There needs to be a better way to report weak signal areas. I've done the social media thing and no resolution . Just canned responses or answers that don't help. I know signal strength is measured in decimals with closer to zero (0) is stronger and I don't expect to be 0 but -100 is really bad . Even a decent signal should be like -50. Verizon, you need an app or website you can directly report areas with bad or weak coverage.
