Every since I upgraded my service and went from unlimited data to a shared plan, my 3G service has been non-existent. I use to be able to watch videos on my phone but now it takes forever for them to load and then they stop and start so much until I give up trying to look at them. I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same problem?

No, he's probably right. I am yet to use even 2Gigs/month even though I have unlimited and 3G has become even more worthless than it used to be. It looks more like 3G is being downgraded to force all 3G users towards 4G.

Maybe, but they did comment they do stream videos. A possibility is the 3G antenna that was directed their direction was removed to add a 4G antenna. In many cases, right now only one or 2 4G antennas is added to a tower and sometimes a 3G antenna needs to be removed to make room for it.

force? yeah ok since 4G is the SAME PRICE as 3G I really see the benefit of "forcing" people to 4G. Any more conspiracy theories.

ORRRRRRR we can believe that Verizon is an evil greedy company with nefarious intentions to be mean to us while screwing us over.

We could, but as much as I hated VZW buying Alltel and threatened to leave when my contract was up, they have been nothing but a great service provider for me. And I still have my Alltel plan with all the goodies from there.

Well one day you WILL have to give those up. I hope you're one of those realistic people that don't think you should be grandfathered 20 years down the road.
