Within the last week or so our 4G cell signal strength has dropped from a consistent 4 or 5 bars down to 1 or 2 inside our townhouse and down to a 2 or 3 outside. We've never had a problem with Verizon cell strength before either inside our house or outside with any of our Samsung cell phones. How do we request a check on the closest cell tower to us. Zip code 91344 by northeast corner of Balboa Bl and San Fernando Mission Bl. If it's not a cell site/tower problem, what else could be causing the lower signal strength? Thank you -
