Warranty Help

I have a Samsung Glyde, but it's broken. Works fine, but no longer charges. It charged fine for the first couple months, then for some odd reason needed a little pressure on the plug into the phone to make it charge. Now it doesn't charge at all. I ordered the phone online from the Verizon site, and have the $1.99 Extended Warranty. How do I get the phone replaced ASAP? I would think this is covered by the warranty since it's a hardware malfunction, and not because of misuse, but if I'm wrong I'd like to know what I'd have to do/pay either way.

You can call (866) 406-5154 for the warranty exchange department to discuss the issue with the phone and your best options.
