How hard can it be to say thank you? Nathan....in the Lacey, Wa store...please give him a BIG pat and maybe even a raise for his help. I stay with VERIZON for customer service...he is an exemplarary example of an employee that gives INCREDIBLE customer service in this day and age.   THANK YOU NATHAN!!!!!
