We definitely want to verify that your vtext messaging is working as it should. I want to double check the service you're trying to use. You're having people message firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com and these messages are not showing up. Are you trying to have these appear right on your phone or on the computer? Can you also verify that the messages are under the 160 character limit and are just plain text? The answer to these questions will help us a great deal to resolve the trouble.
