Having trouble getting it started
Visual voice mail will not set up on my phone. When I press its icon, it says "setting up visual voicemail." It has been saying this for five months--it seems to be stuck in an endless loop. Perhaps as a result, I do not get notified when I do have voice mail. If I don't remember to do *86 once in a while, messages may go unnoticed for days. I don't really need VVM, so how can I get rid of the problematic app and start getting notifications again?
This is not an answer to Hoban, but I could not see where to post a question.
We are here to help. What issues are you running into? Are you getting an error message?
