Visual Voicemail still not working.

Since I have had my Samsung S4, my Visual Voicemail still won't work says "Checking Account Status" for about 5 or 10 mins then returns with "Try Again Later". Verizon can't help me, so they keep crediting my account. I think I've spoken to about 5 different people and nothing. Anyone else having these issues on this phone and if you've resolved it, how?? I'm stuck!!

Hi Hdchk,
Let's get your visual voicemail back up and working! It sounds like the Visual Voicemail software is corrupted. I would recommend a Hard Reset to repair the device http://vz.to/1b59FYH . Keep me posted.

dump VzW visual voicemail and get Google Voice instead, it's better and free
