This is completely unacceptable. I switched a few days ago and the agent told me that I would have the same high speed I had before with 50 gigs before throttling. He obviously lied to me to get me to change my plan. My speeds are so slow now I don’t even want to surf the net for any reason. My upload speed is less than a gig. My download speed is somewhere around 8 to 10. Not sure what it was before but obviously no it was much much faster. Even if I can’t find another carrier that is faster I probably will switch after 15+ some years of being with verizon. Honesty Will win me over versus lying to me and finding out later. Three bad tactics and marketing. Your marketing man should be fired or woman.
