I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing slow internet. I have 2 Verizon phones in front of me that are on the same plan, both are getting 4 mb down and about .5 up. I was wondering what the cause of this could be.
We need to get things sped up for you, Help_Lucas_Please. Which 4G devices are you utilizing? I show good LTE tower coverage in your area. Are you indoors or outdoors when these speed problems occur? Is there a particular location where this happens?
The first step to resolve this issue would be to remove the SIM card for 30-40 seconds, which will reset to some degree. Give it a try and let me know if that helps.
