I have been a customer for many years and my cell service is getting worse and worse. In the last few months I am barely able to take calls at my home (which had not been a problem before), I drop calls in areas that I have not had an issue before, and I have people call me, but I never have a missed call or any notification of the call taking place. What can I do to get back to having the cell service that I expect?

There may be an unknown service issue in your area that hasn't been reported. Have you called to report this issue? Posting on the forums is good for Peer-To-Peer but not for reporting actual issues.

Chat is good, but they don't do network tickets to my knowledge. You actually need to call CS and ask for Tier 2 Technical Support. Yeah sometimes it can be difficult to get what you want completed, but what kind of phone do you have? You say the people keep blaming the device, so let's take a look at that first.
