Verizon will start rollover data, along with a few other new features for Verizon plan subscribers.

From what I have read about it, I'm not sure I would describe it as a "good" deal.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Ok tell me if I'm wrong, but right now I have 3 gb of data, 1 of which is allotted for my husbands phone but he has a basic phone, no data.  I have a tablet but never use the data only the Wi-Fi.  When I was getting my plan I was told my husbands work discount wouldn't apply for 1gb of data, soooooooo what I was thinking now it's going to be 2gb available not the one, so I can change my data plan back to the small option and still get my husbands work discount because it will be over 1gb, RIGHT?  Plus save myself almost $30 a month on my bill.

IT is not the data amopunt, but a minimum dollar amount of $34.99. Since the new 2GB plan is $35, you can go down and still get a discount.

Got some details about the new plans from chat . Apparently they already have a Go signal to discuss it to customers. From what I was told. 2GB is the lowest plan available. XL is 16GB for $90 and XXL is 24GB for $110. So $10 more but with more data. And with carry over. It's a good news unless you have bonus data from upgrading phones. I was told they are not going to work with the new plans. And there will be a new app with Safety feature that will throttle your speed once you go over. To avoid overages I guess.
