Verizon needs to get on board with new service providers.

I have been a customer for close to 20 years and I am very frustrated with the cost of my bill vs the service I receive.  My kids have 2 GB of data each and it has been more than enough for years. They upgraded their phones to the iphone 5 and 5s and now they use their data up in the first few days of the month.  They are doing the smae things that they did before, but the data usage is off the charts.  They don't stream video, music, or any of the main uses of data.  I have contacted support a couple of times and they tell me to turn off the cellular service.  Well then what is the $230 that I pay good for.  The only reason I haven't left Verizon sooner is due to the fact that I have unlimited data on mine from before, I am seriously considering paying the early termination fees and switching to a lower cost provider with unlimted everything.  Very frustrated customer.
