Verizon interfering with cell phone

I have a Droid Razr that has worked fine up until I was due for an upgrade. I am still on the unlimited data plan and Verizon has tried to get me to upgrade in order to charge me for a new data plan. They tried to talk me into it but why they would think I would pay for less data is beyond me. Ever since I refused to upgrade I have had issues with my phone. I no longer get over 3 bars at any time. My phone constantly gets stuck, closes down web pages and even starts blinking between the contacts page and camera on its own (only one example of this issue). I have contacted them about it but with no help. An agent tried to get me to do a factory reset but didn't volunteer the fact that I would lose all my current info. I happened to ask prior to doing it and only then did she tell me. She said she would open a ticket and get back with me but of course no one has. Is anyone else having this issue? I can't help but think it is being done on purpose due to the timing of the problems and the fact that they have asked me more than once to upgrade.

I understand your concerns, but I don't want you to think this is a result of you not accepting our current data plans.  I can guarantee you that this is just a coincidence.  However, I would be more than happy to ensure you have a good working device again.

Do you have the original Droid Razr model http://vz.to/183QdeL?  What is your device's current software version http://vz.to/KlZqZo?  How long has this been going on with your device?  Just prior to this happening, had you installed any new applications or had your device performed any software updates?  Please let me know so I can further assist.  Thanks!
