Verizon have said they will allow me to Early terminate with no penalty

for the lack of any service in my area when its shown has having 4G, 3G and Digital Voice coverage. They have asked me to use an extender in my home for 30 days before canceling knowing that this will not resolve my issue.  The extender is fine in the house but this doesn't cover me while outside the house or at the pool or when I am shopping. 

The only question I have is why do they advertise and push me from a 3G to 4G when I was optimized on my 3G phone..
