RIGHT NOW THEY ARE SEEING AND TESTING how to weather this crud storm keep at it. We made them we can break them. sprints networks in my chicago works just as good.

You won't be "reaching decision makers" by "harrassing these boards" ... you'll only be harrassing fellow customers.  This is a peer-to-peer (customer-to-customer) forum.  Verizon reps occasionally pop in, but not that often.  And I seriously doubt that the "decision makers" view these forums.  Your best bet is to contact Verizon directly, via the Contact Us page at the top of this screen.

I have used the service for my primary internet before and did download music/video from various sources (primarily iTunes). It isn't that out of the ordinary that tv shows would be anywhere from 500MB - 2GB of data depending on the length and quality and each download shows the amount of data you are essentially using. I went over this service regularly and I no longer have it because of such overages (I did pay the etf to get out).

I am always so confused about excited protesting I see on these boards as if the various policies and procedures or inability to get certain devices is the heart of what matters in this life. Just as the poster before me stated, this is a peer-to-peer community with rare appearances by VZW reps. This is not a great venue for a protest and, despite that, with constant wars and other injustices again human life in Africa and even the US, it is not even worth protesting to begin with.
