Verizon Northern California Regional Headquarters

Newbie

Being old school,   I am use to business buildings carrying office and department information in their entries..  I guess this has become an obsolete practice in this present generation of punch a number,  hear a name to whom you maybe trying to contact..  The difficult part,   is trying to get a number to call that offers you a selection by title at Verizon. . Most customers don't even realize that Verizon's regional headquarters is located in Livermore.. Surprising,  if you do acquire the main number for the information directory,  you may find out that it was rendered over to some form of dating service in the past.. ( the main number was given last year by 411 ) or a free wireless chat line,  2120,  which had appeared in every area code announcing " Operator, absolutely no collect calls will be excepted "  ( wonder who arrange that for free, lol )....  Regardless of all this,  I would be grateful,  to anyone,  who may have a name for the Verizon Wireless Network Chief who oversees the wireless phone network, it's, control, routing  and trouble shooting of wireless numbers,  in and out of service,  that was awarded by the FCC to GTE,   which was merged to  the Verizon Data Base..  He would also have authority over the Verizon ( 611)  technicians in the Livermore regional basin..  His name is very important to me and or if you or anyone can post the info as to where I may obtain the information,  for I wish to make my business call direct..  please post ...

If you're trying to reach someone who oversee's *611 Technical Support, you need Verizon Wireless, not Verizon (landline formerly GTE in some parts of the country). VZW is a separate business venture owned jointly by Verizon (landline) and Vodafone.

Unfortuantely i can't help you find this person, but if it's a wireless issue you that you would like to give feedback or reach management, then go to verizonwireless.com and click on the Contact Us link from the upper right corner of the page. The choose the Send an Email option, use the drop down box to select which type of customer you are, then you will be presented with an online email form that will be routed to the appropriate person who can assist you.
