VZ Navigator not syncing

I have a Droid X and VZ Navigator 7.2 and I've noticed the last couple of months that the online version doesn't sync with the phone.  If I try to sync from the online version, the VZ Nav will turn on on the phone, but it won't go through the sync process.  If I try to sync from the phone, it says 0 updates found.

 

Any ideas?
