It depends on how you're accessing videos. Youtube vidoes, thru m.youtube.com, are all free. Your data allowance is completely unlimited. There is no hidden 5GB cap like with the data cards. So any videos you watch thru the mobile web browser is all unlimited usage.
The Vpak also includes access to VCast Video, Verizon's video clip library, 95% of these videos are free. Only the music videos or premium videos will cost you. You'll see the charge when you're browsing thru the clips. If you highlight the name of the clip and let it scroll, all the way at the end it will have ($0.00) or ($2.49), and that's how you know what videos will charge you and which won't.

No, the cost is the same. The "m" just means it's the mobile version of their website. So it formats the page a little bit differently in the browser. When you enter in www.youtube.com, it recognizes that you're on a mobile device and sends you to m.youtube.com anyway.
A lot of sites have mobile versions for easy browsing on your phone.
m.bankofamerica.com
m.usatoday.com
m.cnn.com ...etc, etc.
