Use data only, but block voice calling

On an upcoming trip to Europe, I'd like to buy the 100MB data plan for $25 and use it to text via a texting app, but I don't want or need to make or receive calls. How do I turn on 4g only, but block all calls?
At my accommodations I will use their wireless internet, but would like to use mobile data when I'm out and about.
Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

midwest-meemaw I hope that you have an amazing time! There isn't a setting that will allow you to block calls and still use the network for data. However as long as you don't make/answer the calls, then you will not be charged airtime.
