had my razar for 8mo and looking for an upgrade to the s3. can I trade my razar for a discounted price?
After 8 months? No - if you got a discounted price on the Razr, you signed a contract for 24 months, and will be eligible to upgrade again (at discounted pricing) at the 20 month point.
An option would be to sell the Razr to someone (eBay, Craig's list, private party sale, etc) and use that to cover some of the cost of the full-price S3, so your out of pocket would be less.
